Description
Relocating to the picturesque Cornish village of Portwenn is not what this doctor ordered. After developing a crippling fear of blood, hotshot London surgeon Martin Ellingham (Martin Clunes, Manhunt) reluctantly retrains as a GP and opens a practice in the quirky seaside town. There he offends the locals with his surly bedside manner but intrigues beautiful schoolteacher Louisa Glasson (Caroline Catz, DCI Banks), sometimes against her better judgment. Follow Doc Martin through all 10 seasons of “one of the funniest, most entertaining shows on television” (Sunday Express), as he diagnoses a multitude of peculiar patients and hurts feelings even as he heals bodies—and, ultimately, tries to cure himself.
