Two friends, Toot and Puddle, live together in Woodcock Pocket. One day, Toot takes off to see the world, while Puddle decides to stay home. This is the story of their wonderful adventures both far away and right at home all year long. It's a story about being yourself and being a good friend.

Puddle cannot make his friend Toot stop moping until a huge thunderstorm clears the air.

Delayed by a snowstorm, Toot gets unexpected help getting back to Woodcock Pocket in time to celebrate Christmas with Puddle.

When his cousin Opal loses a tooth during a visit, Puddle dresses as the Tooth Fairy so that Opal's hope of receiving a shiny quarter will not be disappointed.

Toot travels to Wildest Borneo for exotic plants, but when he returns with the Violet Virus, it is up to Opal and Puddle to find a cure.

Toot and Puddle celebrate Christmas and learn that the best kind of present for the best kind of friend is one that shows just how much you care.
